Robot yard care · SW Minneapolis · Spring 2027

A robot mows your lawn every day. You do exactly nothing.

Otto is a resident robot mower with a crew of humans behind him. We install him, service him, and put him away for winter. Your lawn gets a fresh trim every day instead of a scalping every Saturday.

How it works

We do the robot. The robot does the lawn.

1

We set him up

At install we walk your whole yard with you, dogs and kids included, and set no-go zones anywhere you want them. Garden beds, the trampoline, the good hostas.

2

Otto cuts a little every day

Daily trims instead of a weekly buzz, so the clippings are tiny and stay put. Nothing to bag, nothing to haul to the curb.

3

We handle everything else

Blades, batteries, software, service calls, winter storage. If Otto acts up, that is our problem, not yours. And you never own the robot, so you are never out one.

Quieter than your dishwasher. Otto stops when he bumps something, and the blades cut out the moment he is lifted or tipped.

The Founding 50

First 50 yards get the founding rate.

Mowing season7 months
Season at the regular rate$1,470

  • Your founding rate stays locked for as long as you stay. The lock covers the mowing-season rate; snow and add-ons are separate.
  • Claiming a spot is free and nothing is charged today. We confirm the details with you before spring.
  • Prepays are fully refundable up until the day of install. If you change your mind, you get every dollar back.
  • 50 yards. When they are claimed, they are claimed.

Mowing starts spring 2027, when Minneapolis lawns wake up. We would rather take fewer yards and do them right.

Where Otto works

Starting a few blocks at a time.

Kenny Armatage Fulton Lynnhurst

We keep the service area tight on purpose: when your robot needs a human, the human is minutes away, not across the metro. Close to those neighborhoods but not in them? Claim a spot anyway and tell us your street. We will give you a straight answer about 2027.

Fair questions

Things a sensible neighbor would ask.

Can't I just buy my own robot mower?

You can, and some people should. Buying one gets you a robot. Otto gets you a robot plus the people who install it, service it, update it, and rescue it from the tomato bed. If troubleshooting a mower sounds like a fun weekend, we salute you. If not, that is exactly the job we are taking off your plate.

Is it safe around my kids and my dog?

Otto stops when he bumps something, and the blades cut out the moment he is lifted or tipped. At install we walk the whole yard with you, dogs and kids included, and set no-go zones anywhere you want them.

What happens in winter?

We collect Otto in the fall, store him, and bring him back tuned up in spring. Separately, we are testing robot snow clearing for winter '27–'28. If it survives a Minnesota driveway, founding yards get first crack at the list.

What if the robot gets stolen or breaks?

You never own the robot, so you are never out one. Repairs, replacements, and rescue missions are our department. Your only job is enjoying the lawn.

Who is behind this?

Otto is a Sullivan family operation, run from a few blocks away in SW Minneapolis. Before he touches your lawn, Otto puts in a full fall season on ours. Want to come watch him work? Claim a spot and ask. We will make the introduction.

That did not go through. Give it another try, or check back in a bit.

You are on the list. We will be in touch before spring 2027. Until then, mowing is still your job. After that, it is Otto's.
